Um, this is a chair. It's about 5' tall, and is made entirely with cardboard, hot glue, paper tape, and a handy exacto knife.
Assignment? Design and construct a cardboard chair that will support your own body weight and is as light as possible.
I don't know if you might agree, but this was flippin hard to do. It took a ton of hours out of my life, but it's kind of cool. Unfortunately, it's absolutely huge. It has a gash on it from my car -- transportation from the studio to the home was a big problem, and there was no way I was going to carry it across campus. Anyway, I'm going to cut it into a hundred pieces, because it takes up almost the entire laundry room.
